Otherwise, if you would prefer us to maintain your website, we can do this either on an ‘as-needed’ basis (at a casual hourly rate), or through one of our website maintenance packages. See below for more details.
NB: If your site has been designed by someone else, but you are looking for ongoing maintenance, we may still be able to help.

If you would like a regular maintenance package to ensure that you can keep your website up-to-date at a lower hourly rate, the following flexible plans may be suitable for you.
The included time can be used for anything within your website, such as :
- changes to existing website content as required
- regular security updates (plugins, themes, etc.)
- responding to security threats
- new development within an existing site
- any other IT support related to website or email setup or maintenance
Common to all plans
- Paid monthly in advance (either by recurring bank deposit or pre-authorised credit card payment)
- One month’s minimum commitment
- 1 week’s notice turnaround time for requested work to be completed
- Auto-renewal of plan will continue in following month unless cancelled with 1 week’s notice
- If cancelled, all credits will expire
- Rollover credits: if the full number of hours is not used in any one month, any unused time rolls over for an extra time period (as outlined below), after which time the credits expire if not used
- If more hours’ work are required above the plan allocation/credits accrued, any extra time will be charged at our standard casual hourly rate.

- Up to 4 hours work per month
- Rollover credits: Up to 3 months
- Minimum monthly cost: $280 + GST per month
- Cancel at any time (NB: any rollover credits will expire upon cancellation)
