Mono Unlimited offers a convenient conference/event credit card registration service, www.registrationsunlimited.com, individually customised to your organisation.
There are three options to choose from, depending on your needs:
blue ribbon registration service
'Let us do it all for you!'
The blue ribbon registration service includes:
- your own customised webpage, e.g. www.monounlimited.com/yourgroup (including your logo, contact details, dates, times, address and interactive map of venue)
- online registration form, including up to five registration options at different price points (e.g. Early Bird rate, Concession rate, Full price, etc.), with automatic calculation of total payable
- seamless integration to a secure online credit card payment service (using 2048-bit encryption) through the online registration form
- administrative handling of all registrations
- secure processing of credit card payments (Visa Card, Mastercard or Diners Club only. Transactions appear on registrants' bank statements under the name MONO UNLIMITED)
- contact list of registrants emailed to you weekly
- weekly deposit of registration fees direct to your bank account
- individual tax invoices/receipts emailed directly from Mono Unlimited to each registrant
Costs:
- Setup fee: $250 + GST
- Administration fee: $150 + GST for up to 100 registrants (pro rata for over 100 registrants)
- Merchant/handling fee: 5% of registration fees (minimum $5 per registrant)

gold registration service
'Maximise your own merchant facilities!'
The gold registration service includes:
- your own customised webpage, e.g. www.monounlimited.com/yourgroup (including your logo, contact details, dates, times, address and interactive map of venue)
- online registration form, including up to five registration options at different price points (e.g. Early Bird rate, Concession rate, Full price, etc.), with automatic calculation of total payable
- seamless integration to a secure online credit card payment service (using 2048-bit encryption) through the online registration form
- credit card details emailed to you weekly (in a password-protected document) to process (You will need to organise merchant facilities with your financial institution, and send tax invoices/receipts to registrants)
Costs:
- Setup fee: $250 + GST
- Administration fee: $150 + GST for up to 100 registrants (pro rata for over 100 registrants)
- No merchant/handling fee

silver (manual) registration service
'Keep it simple!'
The silver (manual) registration service includes:
- secure processing of individual credit card payments received by mail or fax (Visa Card, Mastercard or Diners Club only. Transactions appear on registrants' bank statements under the name MONO UNLIMITED)
- administrative handling of all registrations
- contact list of registrants emailed to you weekly
- weekly deposit of registration fees direct to your bank account
- individual tax invoices/receipts emailed directly from Mono Unlimited to each registrant
Costs:
- No setup fee
- Administration fee: $150 + GST for up to 100 registrants (pro rata for over 100 registrants)
- Merchant/handling fee: 5% of registration fees (minimum $5 per registrant)
